MIDDLE SCHOOL AMBASSADORS & JR. HIGH NATIONAL HONOR SOCIETY
5th-6th graders/Ambassadors
7th-8th graders/JNHS

St. Joseph Catholic School is very proud to offer a leadership and service learning program for our middle school and junior high students. These program provide an opportunity for our students to develop leadership and teamwork skills while learning the importance of community service.

As Ambassadors and JNHS members, students will plan, coordinate, and execute various service projects throughout the year. In the past, these projects have included: hosting a blanket drive for the area’s homeless population, working the spaghetti dinner, raking leaves and hanging Christmas decorations for a home-bound parish couple, and traveling off-campus to work at a local food bank and women’s shelter.
Additionally, these two groups will have the opportunity to broaden their leadership skills with their Catholic faith serving as their guide and learn how beneficial leadership skills can be in all areas of life.

FIELD TRIPS
From Crystal Bridges Art Museum, Botanical Gardens, Walton Art Center and Fayettttteville Public LIbrary to Subiacco Abbey, Tulsa Zoo, Ozark Science Center, Heifer Project and Washington D.C. -- our students are out and about learning, experiencing and seeing what our community, state and country have to ffteach them.
