The Parent Teacher Organization is comprised of all parents of students attending St. Joseph Catholic School. Parents are an important part of any child’s education and development. At St. Joseph Catholic School, we encourage parents to be involved in their child’s school life through committees, volunteering in the classroom, and staying connected through different communication channels. The PTO provides great support for our school through special events, fundraisers, and volunteer opportunities. We look to you, the families of St. Joseph, for support in a number of areas including:
Volunteering: We have a WIDE variety of volunteer opportunities that can fit anyone’s schedule and skills: even if you have young ones at home, even if you aren’t sure how you can help, even if you only have an hour or an evening… for a little job or a big job.
Fundraiser Support: The PTO sponsors fundraising activities throughout the year. Through various sales, promotions, and events (such as the FIESTA, Spaghetti Dinner, BOX TOPS, SCRIP, etc.) we generate the funds to cover many school wide needs not supported by other school budgets. Our fundraising dollars cover scholarships, enrichment programs and technology development & enhancements in our school.

Breakfast with Santa
One of the most special guests of the year joins us one Saturday each December. Young and old alike join us for a pancake breakfast, photo with Santa, crafts, carols, and a special Christmas book fair. You can learn more here:
Box Tops for Education
General Mills donates money to our school for each Box Top for Education we submit. These labels are found on many food boxes (including cereal), food storage boxes, as well as plastic cups and utensils. PTO collects these labels for the school. Have your child turn in Box Tops to their teacher.
Do you order Eureka Pizza? On the side of each Pizza box there is a coupon to Clip. Simply cut out the coupon and turn into your child’s teacher.

Used Uniform Sale
The Jr. High collects used, outgrown uniforms from St. Joseph families, then offers them “on consignment” and returns the proceeds towards their Washington, D.C. trip. They will hold two used-uniform sales, in the fall and spring

PTO sponsors a sale of our logo sweatshirts and fleece jackets.
